Data Deletion

Creator Lane respects your right to control your data. You can request complete deletion of all data associated with your account at any time.

Option 1: Remove the App from Instagram

Open Instagram and go to Settings
Navigate to Website Permissions (or Apps and Websites)
Find Creator Lane and tap Remove
This automatically triggers our data deletion process

Option 2: Email Us Directly

Send an email to contact@creatorlanehq.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Instagram username. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove:

All message delivery logs associated with your account
Any commenter IDs stored for duplicate prevention
Your opt-out preferences (if any)
Tracking links and click-event records associated with your account
Connected Instagram account tokens and campaign configuration data
Operational records associated with your account, except minimal deletion-audit metadata required to confirm completion

Deletion Timeline

Data deletion is completed within 7 business days of receiving your request. You can check the status of your deletion at the confirmation URL provided.

Data We Cannot Delete

We cannot delete:

Messages already delivered to Instagram users (these are stored by Instagram, not by us)
Anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to your account

Confirmation

After deletion, you can verify by checking that Creator Lane no longer appears in your Instagram connected apps. If you have questions, contact contact@creatorlanehq.com.
