These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Creator Lane ("the Service"), a creator engagement automation platform. By connecting your Instagram account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Creator Lane is a tool that helps Instagram creators automate direct message responses to followers who comment specific keywords on their posts. The Service integrates with the Instagram API via Meta's platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account.
You must have the authority to connect your Instagram account to third-party services.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using Creator Lane, you agree to:

Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies
Not use the Service for spam, unsolicited advertising, or any form of abusive messaging
Only send relevant, valuable content that your followers have explicitly requested by commenting a keyword
Not exceed reasonable messaging volumes or attempt to circumvent rate limits
Keep your automated messages honest and not misleading or deceptive

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Send unsolicited promotional messages or spam
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content
Impersonate other individuals or brands
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Scrape or collect user data for purposes outside the Service

5. Meta Platform Dependency

The Service relies on Meta's Instagram API. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, as Meta may change, limit, or revoke API access at any time. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by Meta platform changes.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms or Meta's policies
Your messaging patterns are flagged as spam
We receive complaints about your automated messages

You may disconnect your account at any time by removing the app from your Instagram settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of followers, account restrictions, or messaging failures.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
